\u2022 Far Away Berlin, 100% respect your privacy by not selling or sharing any of your information.<\/p>

\u2022 The price is the one set at the date on which you place your order.<\/p>

\u2022 Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.<\/p>

\u2022 Far Away Berlin offer shipping with or without Tracking number.\u00a0Please pay attention when placing your order. We do not take responsibility for lost packages without tracking number.<\/p>

\u2022 In case of deliveries outside the EU, duties and local taxes may occur. This is the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>

I\u2019m always happy to assist with questions and details about all my products. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. I always wish that my customers are happy with their purchases. Placing an order indicates that you accept the terms. When you place an order we\u2019ll need your name, address & e-mail . It\u2019s useful to have a contact telephone number, some couriers require customer\u2019s telephone numbers. <\/p>

When your request has been processed we\u2019ll notify you via email.<\/p>

Production & Stock<\/strong><\/p>

Please note that due to the nature of materials and handmade production methods, my products may vary by colour and finalizing from the photos of the products and orders made earlier. Please remember this when placing your order. My work is entirely handcrafted and minor differences are natural as well as the value in the handmade products, each and every single piece is “One of a Kind” and made with love.\u00a0<\/p>

Prices<\/strong><\/p>

All prices and charges on the pricelist are in euros. <\/p>

PLEASE NOTE : Als Kleinunternehmer, Gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet, somit ist im ausgewiesenen Rechnungsbetrag auch keine Umsatzsteuer enthalten.
As a small business within the meaning of \u00a7 19 Abs. 1 UstG, no VAT is charged on the price of our products (shipping prices are taxed by the German postal service).

Shipping Info and deliver<\/strong><\/p>

** PLEASE NOTE: Due COVID, packages can take longer than usual.
We will do all that we can to ensure your orders are despatched as quickly as possible. DHL and other delivery companies are under a lot of strain this year and we depend on these services. Please note that despite best efforts some of these services may be disrupted.<\/strong><\/p>

If you’re ordering from outside Germany please note that customers are responsible for any customs, import charges\/duties that may be incurred and must comply with any local regulations. Any tax and duty costs payable outside Germany are the full responsibility of the customer.<\/p>

Returns and Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>

I accept returns within 14 days of receipt. <\/p>

For returns postage the payment is required by buyer.<\/p>

Send items back within: 10 days of delivery<\/p>

I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations.<\/p>

But please contact me if you have any inconvenient with your order.<\/p>
